DevTA Solutions Private Limited and USPACE Technology Group Limited have entered into a strategic cooperation partnership agreement. DevTA Solutions has become one of the inaugural partners of the Abu Dhabi Space City Global Eco Chain. Both parties have forged a strategic partnership to jointly promote the development of the space satellite industry. 
On March 1, 2024, DevTA Solutions Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “DevTA Solutions”) and USPACE Technology Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as “USPACE”) officially signed a strategic partnership agreement. Both parties will collaborate to advance the development of the space industry and achieve mutual benefits and win-win outcomes.
DevTA Solutions empowers organizations to help simplify and drive complex space programs for continual improvement, higher success rate, and peak performance with end-to-end ecosystem optimization and vertical service integration offerings in the space sector. They support stakeholders in appraising and accelerating space policy, program, project design, development, and management tasks, with value-added services through seamless multi-lateral engagements, open dialogues, collaborations, and joint programs.

USPACE is the first commercial space company in Hong Kong, specializing in satellite manufacturing, space environment testing, satellite TT&C, satellite data applications, and precision electronics manufacturing. Its headquarters are located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Hong Kong, China. USPACE was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX) on August 16, 2018, under the stock code 1725.HK. Currently, USPACE is establishing itself as an international commercial space company with a focus on the space city in Abu Dhabi, UAE, as its industrial ecosystem. 

 

The collaboration between the two parties has strategically chosen the Abu Dhabi Space City, which holds significant strategic importance. This space city is a vital component of the UAE’s National Space Strategy 2030 and is situated within the Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD). In January 2024, USPACE signed terms with the Abu Dhabi Ports Group to develop the Abu Dhabi Space City, making USPACE the sole space enterprise in the UAE to be granted 3 million square meters of land. USPACE plans to commence construction in mid-2024, aiming to establish the world’s largest hub-style space city, attracting approximately 3,000 global enterprises. Through collaboration and synergy, leveraging the UAE’s economic, policy, and geographical advantages, USPACE seeks to jointly explore markets in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and globally. This endeavor aims to build an enterprise commercial platform ecosystem with the Middle East as its hub, radiating globally, and with a market scale in the trillions.

The cooperation between the two parties encompasses the following aspects:
 1) assisting space-aspiring nations in establishing space-based programs,
2） Launch-as-a-Service (LAAS) solutions,
3） supplying satellites and satellite components,
4） provision of satellite data and value-added services, and
5）others to be developed by the joint venture. 

In this collaboration, DevTA Solutions will provide its advanced satellite core products and technical support, while USPACE will leverage its globalized commercial space platform and extensive partner network to expand the product reach into broader markets.
